Dear Unmesh, There is no hard and fast rule about total completion of the cycle. Nexito plus may take about 2-3 weeks to take action itself. After that adjustment of dose will be done. Even after recovery from depression, you may have to continue tablets for 3-6 months. You need to be on regular follow up with your doctor every 2-3 weeks for assessment of benefit and side effect. Asprito may be given only till the psychotic symptom persists. It may be stopped once suspicious ideas, suicidal ideas, etc come under control.
