Hi, I am of 56 years ,I am a heart patient, I feel like suffering from anxiety disorder because I can't travel I feel like I ll die when I travel, breathlessness and tachycardia is felt while walking can't even walk for 5 min because of this problem and feel like indigestion or gastric, consuming gastric and heart medicine. Went under glaucoma operations and heart surgery. Alot of problems I am suffering from while walking .it is affecting my job.

So, I recommend you do a detailed medical check up to rule out and treat any physical health cause for your symptoms. Once, that is fine you please get in touch with a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation for anxiety disorders like panic attacks which can cause similar problems.
