I need suggestions for sedative-hypnotic hopefully ones that work without respiratory depression. Thanks to my doc, my subclinical seizures and mixed mania causing rage under control. I was taking Arip 20, Valproate Chrono 1g but facing depression which is part of disease so decreased Valproate Chrono by half and added Lamitor OD 100 and Agomelatine 50. Due to complications of increased rage and severe ptsd I cannot take other antipsychotic or antidepressants. But I'm facing some depression still maybe the drugs will take time to work. But I need something good for the severe insomnia for sustained restorative sleep without daytime dysfunction. This is really tough for me. Thanks for any suggestions.
