Hi, Age 29. Last year I was diagnosed with ecg shows. Left ventricular hypertrophy. Heart rate 63 bpm. My bp was 180/100. After done echo test report shows good l have systolic function with ef =75%. Mild concentric LVH Doctor prescribed me SELOKEN XL25. After taking 6 month medicine. Again did ECG shows abnormal ecg heart rate 97 bpm. When done echo test result shows IVS (d/s)=8/11 mm PW (d/s)=8/11 mm LVID (d/s)=42/28 mm LA/AO=27/28 mm ACS= 17 mm PV= 76 cm/sec AV = 120 cm/sec E= 91 cm/sec A= 67 cm/sec LV EF = 60% Normal echo with normal l have function. Structurally normal heart. Shall I continue medicine it's already 1 year. I feel normal in morning and after the medicine for next 3 hours I feel more heart rate little unwell.

Seloken 25 should control your Heart rate, not increase it actually. You had high BP which is controlled with medicine best is not to stop it if your BP is not low. You should see your doctor and discuss for your medicine optimisation.
