I have lower back pain while lying down, usually the pain is dull and low which often wake me from sleep I feel stiffness in my hip while sitting cross legs. Sometimes my shoulder (right) also have pain along with stiffness in other parts mainly joints. There is no swelling or redness or heat in my joints. It feel like I need to twist my wrist, back and neck. Recently I had blood test and x-ray which says low vitamin d and b12 and lumbar lordosis loss. I also had hla b27 test which was negative. I am male 21 years old.
