Hello I'm a 22 year old male I've been experiencing lower back pain for almost 2 months so I visited a orthopedist & by following his prescription I've had an MRI scan, after studying images doctor said it's herniated disc & only treatment possible is surgery, I wanted to know if there's any nonsurgical treatment Thank you.
