I have extracted my two main wisdom tooth from right side of the mouth. Now I see my one upper tooth of right side with cavity because there is a whole in that I think it has reached the pulp or not .On the other side Last wisdom tooth has whole which is growing. Cavity of the both teeth are not to that extent that. It do not cause any pain but I am afraid that these cavities will grow continuously and I would have to extract my these teeth also.

If it reached your pulp then you would have to go for Root canal treatment. In case of your wisdom tooth which has cavity if the cavity is not too deep then you can go for a filling but if if it involves pulp you would have to get it removed.
