I am 19 years old boy. I was in depression for 2 years. So my body and brain do not support me now. And also sometime I feel very lonely, veey sad and a bad mood. Now I put my self to a busy work life. But my weight reduce from 60 to 55 and memory power slightly decreasing and I can not gain my weight and brain power though I take good food and good mood. Can you suggest me what can I do now. After a depression period what is more effective for me? Everything that can help me now please tell me sir.
