Last month, my girlfriend had her periods on 27th Sep. She was supposed to have her periods on 27th Oct. She has observed the pain but the periods did not happen as she was travelling to Switzerland and she has stayed under the temperature of -5 to -7 degree for 6 days. She has not have had her periods till now. What could be the reason for this doctor? Also, on 17th of Oct we had made love, but did not have sex. But my semen was onto her under garments and it was wet. Would this be a reason. Or there might be any other reason for this?

Hello, It is suggested that she should rule out pregnancy first and if negative then she can opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones after getting an ultrasound pelvis done to check for endometrial thickness. If the symptom is repeated next cycle then she can be evaluated with a hormonal profile. Most common cause of oligomenorrhoea remains stress induced hormonal imbalances after pregnancy has been ruled out.
