Hello. Tsh level lowers in 1st trimester of pregnancy due to more t3 and t4 production. Optimal level during 1 st trimester is .1 - 2.5. So now you can understand your level is too high and of course it can adversely affect the pregnancy. So take proper guidance under gynecologist.
