I am suffering from severe knee pain from last 3 months and had MRI scan and counted prescribed medications like jointace dn super, flavojoint, caldemure fem, Lumia 60k. But no improvement found. Can you suggest me what should I do and what medications, exercise and diet should take. Age 24 female.
