I want to know that I want a whey protein supplement for making body.In today's market a lot of fake supplements are their. How to know the genuine product and please tell that it is good having a supplement for making body?

Hello, I would not suggest giving supplements of any kind. As far as whey is concerned for body building, you should only be taking if you're into heavy weight lifting or doing any sort of vigorous activities. Can naturally take from food post work-out i.e curd/buttermilk, paneer, soya, sprouts, pulses, etc.
