Stopped taking Anti Depressants and Pain Killers for Head Aches after a prolonged use as it was not doing any good and going off was not aggravating the conditions. Safeguarding the kidneys and other organs from side effects. Now getting head aches more frequently and regular meditations and stretching exercises are not helping. Noticing weight increase to 74 Kg as well. Wonder if I should go back on any of those aborted treatment?

Dear Joginder, i don't know what are those aborted treatment. But avoid pain killers - they damage kidneys. Avoid opiate painkillers like tramadol - you may become dependent on it. Antidepressant is okay - it is better to adjust dose of wellbutrin, instead of a newer one. In diabetics depression is common.
