Helo doctor. I'm sub inspector aspirant of telangana state. I have physical events like 800m ,100m running and high, long jumps. We r practicing daily but I am getting shin pain while I am running. So what kind of precautions I have to take and more over I am un able to control my breath also while running .So please help me from your valuable suggestions to me. Thank you.

Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.
