I want my teeth to be in normal level. At present teeth Appear out. So how many days should take treatment and what to do?

As per your very you are looking for alignment of your teeth as they are protruded (Appears outward)
It can be corrected with either Orthodontic (Braces) treatment or it can be corrected with RCT and crowns.
Orthodontic treatment will take at least 16 to 18 months, where as RCT and Crowns can be done in 15 days.
As per my advice better thing is to go with orthodontic correction.

Consult a orthodontist u may require braces it takes about eighteen months including retainers u may have to loose one teeth to generate space

You   have  to use   teeth braces  and  it  need to  worn  for  as long  as  6 months or more if the teeth is out of  shape in a large  way

Good evening! Use sensoform gum paint apply and massage over the gums it strengthens the gums. And use UltraSoft Bristle toothbrush. Thank you.
