Hi, I am having pimples on my Tzone area. Pimples come and after 2-3 days they go away but leave their scar behind. Though I use anti acne facewash, ACV toner and moisturiser particular for combination skin, still I get breakouts. Though they are only 2-3 in numbers and filled with pus amd are small in size but they keep on coming bck and bck in same area i.e. Around nose, upper lips. This area is more prominent. I have used remedies like tea tree, multani matti, besan, good brands face washes but of no use. Also my face is full with small eruptions. please suggest some medicated face wash. I have used ethiglow but that was horrible and made my skin very dry. My skin type is combination. I get pimples in my taken only. Rest my facial skin is normal to dry. please help.
