I am 58 years old male had gone under Angioplasty surgery in 2015. I am taking Prax A75 in the morning after breakfast. I am Diabetic. I am taking T-Glip 20 mg and Zoryl MV 2 mg before breakfast and Starvog 3 mg before lunch and Zoryl MV 2 mg before dinner. My HBAC1 is 6.8 - 7 in last three reports. I am also taking Nitrolong 2.6, Seloken XL 25. Can I take Lavitra 500 mg or Cialis 20 mg. If yes, kindly provide me the online prescription so that I will order them online.

You should avoid these drugs because they act by vasodilatation which will be aggravated as you have ischemic heart disease and taking nitrates.In this situation may cause a serious fall of BP.
