Sir/mam I am preparing for army ssb and I am very anxiety about my knee. Actually when I stand straight both my ankles touch each other simultaneously my ankles also touches together but I never felt pain while running or walking .knock knee is point of rejection in ssb .So I want to know whether do I suffer from knock knee or not if yes then what are exercises to correct it so that I can appear for ssb without rejection.

Find a good physiotherapist and ask him for these excersice- external rotation VMO Quadriceps hip extensors do these excersice for 6 to 12 weeks you will see magical differences.
