Hi Doctor, Since past one month I am facing pain in my back. Last month I got to know that I have UTI and the doctor gave me some antibiotic injections (Magnex Forte) for 7 days. After that I got my urine culture done again and there was no infection. I got MCUG Test done as well and there was no problem. The doctor gave me Cefoprim tablets for 1 month. I am still experiencing pain in my back sometimes. Please tell me why the pain is still there. I am 23 year old male.

Use heat and cold. Studies show that heat and cold are effective ways to get relief from back pain. Ice packs are most beneficial when a person uses them directly after an injury, such as a strain. Applying an ice pack wrapped in a towel directly to the back can reduce inflammation.
