I am suffering from Hypertension. After taking the Medicine (Cresar Plus) in the morning, after breakfast, it remains under control till 8 pm. After that it starts rising (140/90) till next morning. Lipid profile and other blood tests are o.k. Non- diabetic, no thyroid problem. The problem aggravates more during winter. Heart beat remains below 70. Please advise.

All this is fine, you are taking treatment quite perfectly. Remember the golden rule of good health in high BP: measure BP only once every month on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. If you do it any other way, it may compromise your wellbeing.
