She may have caries in her teeth. Kindly check if she is having any black marks in her teeth if yes, she must visit dentist and do filling. If she is having white or yellow cream like layer in the neck of tooth she should undergo scaling by dentist. Scaling is a cleaning process. And other oral hygiene she can follow and you can also follow is, Brushing teeth with Oral-B UltraSoft Tooth Brush in circular motion without applying much pressure.
