I am having diabetes 2 type last 5 years. Taking tablets 1 glycomet gp 500 and vogli0. 2 before lunch and dinner. Due to diabetes I have premature ejection last 1-2 years. PL advise whether tablet vigora 50 is safe in such situations.

Hello, Thaks for the query. I have seen the details, there is no mention about how well the blood glucose is controlled. In a person with diabetes particularly if it not well controlled ED and related sexual problems do develop. Therefore primary need is to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c % < 6.8. Another important aspect is your excess weight, with a BMI of 31.66 kgs /Sq meter (Normal, 23 kgs/Sq meter), you have an excess of almost 22 kgs. This is a major hindrance for better control. As regards taking the drug mentioned, it can be taken if needed. Thanks.
