I have disc protrusion in L5 and I have treated with physiotherapy, Ayurveda and even allopathic treatment as well, but still the uneasiness in the back and the pain in the legs haven't cured.

You need to stick to one treatment amd solve it all. In physiotherapy initially you are advised to do the electrotherapy and once pain subsides start the exercises to strengthen the paraspinal muscles and also do stretches to relax the pinched nerve. Even cupping therapy helps. The exercise regime has to be continued post treatment too inorder to keep your spine healtgy.
