I have asked a question to ophthalmologist on 2nd Oct 2015, about floaters in both the eyes. I have not received the reply yet. It seems its not curable. Am I right?

Please get your both eyes dilated retinal examination done. Theses black spots are called as floaters and r markers of vitroretinal pathology. So it is must to identify the cause for them and d treatment laser done. Because if the pathology is unattended later seriuous problems like of retinal detachment can occur which carry poor prognosis.
