HI, My son who was like 6 year and half year old started suffering from vkc and is on corresponding medication like pataday drops genteal drops tacrolimus. Is there any permanent treatment for the same.

Hello I am sorry but there is no permanent treatment for VKC Precautions A. Avoid dust exposure B. Cold compresses C. Avoid rubbing Treatment A. Anti Allergic eyedrop like olopatadine twice daily B. Lubricating eye drop frequently like refresh tears C. Mild steroid like fluorometholone in tapering doses for severe cases
