Red spots in your palm are usually caused by Dyshidrotic Eczema or Pompholyx (very small, fluid-filled blisters appear on the palms of your hands and the sides of your fingers. They are usually quite itchy. Their cause is usually unknown ,but they are exacerbated by stress and sometimes they appear when you come in contact with Nickel or Cobalt Contact Dermatitis :Its an allergic reaction to some chemicals like detergents, handwash ,soap or some other chemicals Petechial Spots: Petechiae are pinpoint-sized red dots under the surface of the skin. They are common after skin trauma and viral infections. If they persist for more than few days, do consult a doctor.
