From one week I'm having chest pain and back upper pain. And sometimes breathing problems while doing nothing. And headache with strange feeling in head like I'm going to fall. I recently recovered from dengue. And sometimes in a day there is weakness in my body with pain in back side of chest on both sides. I'm 21 years old male.
