I am 18 years old, female.I have migraine. I get a lot of stress and panic attacks, I feel like shouting very loud and crying. I feel very suffocated, I get many thoughts, and I can't control them. I've social anxiety, I feel alone, I feel like hitting things. I'm in a very bad mental condition.
