Hi Sir, I am preparing for competitive exams. I feel drowsy after having food. Feeling like depression I think initially it was depression but it was not. Difficulty to concentrate in studies eyes are straining. Some times eyes are burning. After food Difficult falling sleep What may be the cause Low bp? Acidity? Body heat?

Go for eye test and you are stressed out about your exam so relax and think positive. Drink luke warm water daily in the morning. Energise yourself by watching motivational videos, walk in grass with bare feet Daily Yoga anulom vilom and stretching exercise is must.
