My left arm ring finger and middle finger and centre of palm and wrist hurt Very badly. I can't lift anything can't bend my fingers also right hand inside of elbow and upper arm hurts badly and I can't bend my fingers or lift any weight with both arms past 15 odd days. Morning it's stiff and by evening starts to hurt. Nearly past 20 odd days. Some days not very bad but other days very bad. If I even hold the phone for 5 odd minutes my hand hurts.
