I am 40 height 5'1 weight 80 kg I have tail bone pain which spreads in buttocks and back bone .my xray mri report is ok. I am using brexin ointment and kefetech patch hot bottle stretches .what I do also using plasil with enzyme as stomach upset with pain killers.
