Fibroadenoma is not going to respond to any medical (drug) treatment, it may remain same size for long time or may increase in size with time. Only option to get rid of it is the simple Surgical excision. Yes it's not precancerous so don't worry about that. But yes if it's large or symptomatic then you should get it excised.
