Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Water intake depends on climate, job nature and individual body type. People with heat body (pitta type in Ayurveda) or one who does physical work needs lot of water. Whereas people with cold body type (Vata or kapha type in Ayurveda) may take little water. Simple thumb rule is need drink water whenever you feel thirsty or drink a glass of water after you urinate. This will ensure sufficient water is always there in the body. In addition follow a routine like drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning, have a glass of water before taking bath, drink water 30 min before and 30 min after food etc. Feel free to reach me or chat for more assistance.
