I was diagnosed with High BP in 2016 Dec with the range of 160/100 and doctor advised me Telma 40 one in a day. I am on Medication and my BP varies from 130/80,140/90 and 120/80 and very few instant it went till 160/90. I having medicines from past two years.In 2016 when it was diagnosis at the age of 30 and now I am 32 I had multiple test like Sugar, Heart - ECG, kindly, cholesterol but all was normal but I do not understand why I have this problem. I left gym in 2016 and started focusing more on diet control and walk However I have started doing gym from past few days with minimal weight. This is workout schedule - 40 Minutes of Walk and 20 Minutes of Gym and have planned to continue with the same. I have few questions to asked 1. From past few days I feel pinching pain on my upper back specially at the time of walking and at the time of sitting in front of computer i.e wide stretch. 2. Is this workout schedule right for my kind of case 3. How can I get rid of all pain on my upper back and sometime on left side of the chest. It makes me worry. I have visited Cardiologist for HIGH BP (THIS YEAR) and Muscle Sonography (LAST YEAR) center to check my muscle tissue but all reports are normal. HOW TO GET RID OF HIGH BP and live a normal life. I am worried and scared always of getting into major illness. PLEASE DOCTORS IF YOUR ARE WILLING ANSWER IN DETAILS AND NOT IN BRIEF, I am ready to share more information if required.

For q 1 & 3 - Most of medical challanges need doctor to listen to detailed medical history in form of questions and answers, examination of patient and sometimes reports so meet concerned doctor.-Cardiologist or MD ohysician. Q 2- workout is fine. HOW TO GET RID OF HIGH BP - Fact is most BP patients can not get rid of it, but can control well.
