Have TPO antibodies level 1300 and thyroid check 6.7. What does this mean? Is this dangerous to have TPO antibodies more?

lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. Presence of high amount of Anti TPO antibodies is suggestive of having Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (HT). This leads to infiltration of thyroid gland with lymphocytes, increasing its size and reducing the synthesis of thyroxine. Which leads to Hypothyroidism. If not treated all the symptoms of that condition will apear like increasing weight, feeling tired, early fatigue, loss of hair, dryness of skin and hair, irregular menstruation, developing anxiety, cold intolerance and swelling of face & lower limbs etc. So please do the necessary action. Thanks.
