I am sometimes get anxious of everything about me and I just can't focus on anything. I feel sleepy every time and thinks a lot in my mind about doing every possible things I can but I just can't deal with my anxiety and laziness, please give me some advice on how can I get rid of it.

Dear Sir Feeling low, Lack of interest, lack or focus and energy, disturbed sleep and appetite can all be symptoms of depression.
