Hi lybrate-user, unfortunately there is no cream that can remove til from face but for removing spots on face you can use biluma cream twice a day on the spots, with proper sun protection it gives good result also drinking plenty of water helps also you need to use a good sunscreen like rivela sunscreen every 3 hourly on the entire face.
