My age is 23 male. I have done a 2d echo cardiogram 2 years ago and there is both AML, PML mild mitral valve prolapse and no Mr. Also I have hypertension my bp values are 130-140/90-100. Also I have hiatus hernia. My question is with these health conditions how many years it will take for mild MVP to become moderate or severe regurgitation. My symptoms are chest pain and heaviness. Are these symptoms are due to hernia or MVP. At present I am using inderal 40 mg. Please give me solution .Thanks.

Prolapse, hiatus hernia and BP are conditions, not diseases. If you want good health, avoid unnecessary meddling inside your body. For good health find out the diet of healthy 90 year olds. Avoid learning from younger experts, they often have serious health problems themselves.
