I have left side pain I did once ultrasound I found 3 mm tinny calculus next time when I did ultrasound the result was negative but I always feeling left side pain. What should I do please tell me?

Hello, You can opt for a repeat ultrasound to be sure and then if pain persists especially during urination then you can opt for antispasmodics and Nsaids for relief and increased water intake,
