I am 24 age suffering from thyroid and currently my TSH level 4.73 report as on sample taken 3rd December 2018 and CMC Vellore doctor told me that ask any endocrine doctor for dose increase or decrease taken. Currently I taking thyrox sodium tablet 50 mcg so provide me suggestions what to do Stick as it is or increase my dose.

Lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. Madam the current TSH level is fairly good, in fact it should ideally be between 3 to 4 mU/L. Therefore, there is no reason for changing dosage of thyroxine. Thanks.
