I lost somebody close last year and since then feel very depressed and prefer keeping to myself all the time. Please help me.

Dear lybrate-user Usually after losing some one close, people go through a grief reaction. But if it is severe and causing dysfunction in your day to day activities you should consult a clinical psychologist and get help. Grief therapy could help. Regular 30 mts activity such as walking might help. Do not spend time alone.
