Recently I made an online consultation with one of the psychiatrist ,He prescribed me Escitalopram oxalate 10 mg for 1 week, Then upgraded the dose to 20 mg, But in my I have access only to 10 mg tablets, I tried for 20 mg but unable to find it in my location, Doctor can I take 10 mg tablets 2 times in a day, instead of 20 mg tablet once in a day, Does 10 mg tablet twice in a day work same as 20 mg once in a day? Is the working efficiency would be same or different? Please clarify this doctor? Thank you.
