I am 40 years male normal physique. For last one week, I have severe lower back ache. It's like muscle catch it is severe in the morning and eont be able to move. Earlier when I had the problem, doctor prescribed Famtac 40. Symptoms are similar and I suspect some thing related to digestive system. Request your help

Hello Vinod, this is Dr. Vyas. As your symptom you have to take an x-ray there may be streatning of spine, so first you have to take rest for 3-5 days and have some medicine like -- Muscle relexent, pain killer, and anta-acid. Then go for physiotherapy. In physiotherapy you take IFT and back Extension ex. and do hot fermentation with hot water beg. You may cure fastly. Best of luck! Get well soon.
