I have a habit of thinking about my involuntary action (blinking) all the tym and controlling it. Because of it I just feel like sleeping all the tym and have headache and eye pain all the tym while I am awake. I am trying not to do that but it keep on going inside me all the timing whether I am eating my food or doing any other stuff! I have suicidal thoughts too. I have been suffering from it since last three years! Is this OCD? And will the pain ever go away. Or I will be dying like this or getting an eye problem? I think about it all the tym. None of my family members can understand this. But I have been dealing with this thought since last 3 years. How to overcome them. I am an engineering student and I am unable to cope up with my studies with all this happening I have been crying for months with all this. I don't know from where this thought arises but it seems that I have to manage my involuntary actions (blinking). Thoughts are uncontrol I could not complete anything I start.

Dear lybrate-user, Any involuntary movement needs to be diagnosed properly. Either a neurologist or psychiatrist will do it. Once it is diagnosed, it will be treated. With treatment, you can spend your thinking in studies and about your future.
