Dear Dr. My name is Bhanukumar age 56 yrs My problem is knee pain. I am unable to bend the knee completely and cannot sit in toilet. It is feeling very tight Also after came from office it feel like swelling in knee area. I consulted a Orthopedist Dr. and prescribed medicine for 10 days but some relief once the medicine take X Ray also taken and Dr. said nothing major problem some strain happened. I used to walk in the morning every day 40 to 50 minutes.
