I am a 29 years old woman. I am having back pain since last 2 years which is at the peak in morning. Also, my knees feel very weak. Off late my left elbow and whole right arm have started paining. I am getting a feel that my bones or muscles are getting weak. I hope I do not have arthritis in this age.

Get CBC, ESR, CRP, RA FACTOR. SERUM 25 OH VITAMIN D, SERUM B12 LEVELS DONE. HAVE PROPRER POSTUTRE. AVOID FORWARD BENDING. AVOID LIFTING OF HEAVY WEIGHTS. PHYSIOTHERAPY, BACK STRENGTHENING EXERCISES.

Check your blood profile. Specially vitamine D, B12 and calcium. It can be because of deficiency. Improve your diet. Start taking healthy diet. Increase intake of water. Start strengthening exercises along with all.
