I have a competitive exam in 15 days. I am usually fine during the day. But from few days I am waking up to anxiety at 5-6 am. It is difficult to fall back asleep. I usually study upto 1 am. But, these early morning awakenings have reduced the amount of sleep. Kindly help.

Hi lybrate-user! You need to undergo therapy for the same. This is because of anxiety due to competitive exam. You may have to change the schedule of time for preparing for exam accordingly and sleep during the rest of the hours in the night. Change if timing for sleep and preparing for the exam accordingly. For further assistance do contact Professional Psychologist at your locality or online psychologist for the same. Take care and be relaxed. No worries.
