I'm medical student aur mera question ye hai. Mujhe bol bol ke padhne ki aadat hai .i retain more .but ab medical colleage me mujhe seperate room bhi mila hua hai. But jab mai bol kar padhta hu. To aas pass ke baccho ko pata chal hata hai .wo bolne lagte gai to kitna padhta hai .mai pechle 3 salo se bina bole hi padh raha hu. But naa to mai apni padai se satisfy ho pata hu. Aur mera mind ider udher ghumne lagta gai .mera performance bhi low ho gaya hai .ab mere bachpn se adat hai .mai ye bhi nahi chahta .ki kisi ko pata chale ki mai padh raha tha .mere aise personality hai.

Retention is possible when you are able understand what you read or learn. To understand you should have concentration. Concentration comes from effective learning techniques based on creative and active learning. Physical exercise, outdoor games, entertainment, socializing coupled with systematic learning improves your memory and mind power. Vegetables, fruits and nuts are perfect for memory. Brain games like sudoku and jigsaw puzzles helps too. Avocados, Beetroots, Blueberries, Broccoli. Celery, Coconut Oil, Dark Chocolate etc are good for improving concentration and memory.
