I would like to understand, for babies overall development, whose parenting is better. Parents or grandparents. As I am working women and I am in such kind of field where maternity leaves will not be there. We are planning baby. I heard from some one saying that child always needs either of the parents which helps in proper overall development of the kid. So I want to know will be there any difference in the development of kid. Also these days parents allows their kids to use mobile phones for rhymes and videos at very early age. Will it have any bad impact. Please help me to understand. Thank you.
