Hey Mr. lybrate-user Food sources of iodine are 1.Iodized salt 2.Cheese 3.Milk 4.Yogurt 5.Sea food ? like shrimp 6.Salt water fish 7.Shellfish 8.Eggs 9.Vegetables and fruit grown near the coasts will have higher iodine levels, whereas produce grown inland will have lower levels if any. 10.Prunes 11.Sea vegetables / sea weed like kelp, dulce, nori Hope this helps!
